ASHTANGA INFLUENCE: A Unique style of class that blends the strength and focus of Ashtanga with the more lyrical qualities of Vinyassa flow. Composition of the asanas (yoga postures), drsti (gazing point), and breath are the elemental pieces of this practice. Build strength, resilience, flexibility and peace. Weather you are just establishing your practice or you are a more experienced yogi this class offers much learning.
YOGA for BEGINNERS: Students learn the composition of the asana (yoga postures) and to work with their breath to build a solid yoga practice. Let yoga become your moving meditation as you build strength, balance and flexibility.
FLOW: A delicious flow of traditional yoga asana ( posture) linking movement with breath to develop strength and flexibility. Proper body alignment and balance are a focal point. Students learn their yoga practice as we bring mind, body and spirit into balance.
RESTORATIVE YOGA: Supported by bolsters and blocks, you will experience a deeply relaxing practise that promotes healing and relieves stress and anxiety. Falling asleep in Restorative Yoga is common and completely acceptable.
MAGIC MINI LUNCH FLOW: A gentle yoga class to break up your day. Step away from what you are working on for 45mins to refresh your mind and body.
SOUL FLOW: No two classes are the same, but you can always expect sensual movements linked with breath, space to be curious and explore what feels good to you, a challenge to go deeper, aromatherapy, and the best damn savasana you ever had. (chillest version of this class is 'stretch + restore', most dynamic version is 'undone')
