At Aviva, each of the teachers is responsible for building their own classes. In this way, students have a direct relationship with their teachers. Your teacher will greet you at the door, lead you through your practice, will know your practice, as well as your own yoga profile. This will enable the students to evolve their practice and grow their yoga experience.
